This is a very simple recipe that delivers complex flavor. Submitted by Marc Mangano
Kids love chicken fingers so you can cut the chicken into tenders or use the whole chicken breast.
Ingredients
• 1 lb Skinless boneless Chicken Breast (cut into strips or whole)
• 1 cup Flour (seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning salt etc.)
• 2 eggs beaten
• 2 cups Spices Smokehouse Cracker Crumbs (very fine crumbs)
• Oil or Grease for Frying
Directions
Dredge the chicken in the seasoned flour, then egg and then in cracker crumbs. Press the chicken into the crumbs so that the crumbs adhere to the chicken nicely. Fry the chicken in hot oil until golden brown and chicken is 160 degrees internal temp. Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic (to taste) immediately after it comes out of the hot grease. Serve with your favorite sides and veggies
