This idea came from a customer, but I can't remember who it was. Thank you whoever you are. They have become a fan favorite and we've made them for holidays and shared them many times over the years. If you are a salty sweet spicy kind of person.....you will love this recipe.
Ingredients
Chocolate (we like dark the best, but milk and white works too and can make them look festive)
Spicy Smokehouse crackers are the best with chocolate
Corse Sea Salt
Directions
Melt chocolate in the microwave
When chocolate is liquified, dip crackers half way leaving one side uncoated.
Lay on wax paper, this is where you can get creative and decorate.
with course sea salt
Pop them in the freezer for a few minuets to set the chocolate and serve.
